Why?
What I like about his brace is that it has metal stabilization through thoracic and lumbar spine rather than just at shoulders. Posture cannot be fixed without incorporating pelvis, abdomen, shoulders and head all being in appropriate alignment. This brace can assist in stabilizing 2 of the 4. See posture exercises to learn how to further stabilize all 4 areas as a whole.

Wearing recommendations?
To start, use only 15-20 minutes at a time. Work Up to wearing 1 hour up to twice a day.

Goal?
To provide a stable platform from which you can learn and reinforce appropriate postural positioning. I do not want this to be a crutch or a device you depend on, but rather aim for it to be used as a training tool to bolster you toward success.
